J.D.’s Figgin’ Hot Dippin’ & Grillin’ Sauce is a taste like no other. This unique blend of the finest varieties of figs and fresh jalapenos gives you a sweet heat taste. This is an all-natural sauce with NO preservatives or artificial sugars. (That’s right, J.D. uses NO high fructose corn syrup - yuck!)
Try this in place of relish on a hot dog or, use it as a glaze on fresh fish. We even like it as a dip with our favorite chips and breads!

Pyro Pineapple
Pyro Pineapple is different from most hot sauces on the market because it contains no vinegar. J.D. uses a base of citrus fruit and vodka blended with honey and select herbs and spices. This keeps Pyro Pineapple low in sodium and sets it apart from those watered-down, vinegar-based sauces.
J.D. developed this recipe by way of his backyard garden harvest. To preserve the bounty of his 40+ hot pepper plants, J.D. places freshly picked pepper into jars of vodka. Over time, these became the basis of J.D.’s various sauce experiments.
